She has dedicated her life to service, and to offering in-depth teachings that are informed by the eastern and western nondual wisdom traditions of self-inquiry and meditation. “Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota brings her rich, varied, and decades of experience as both a student and teacher immersed in the various paths of yoga (karma, bhakti, hatha, raja, Jñâna), to the offerings she shares with students, including group and private classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings. She has been assisting iRest trainings in North America for Richard Miller and other senior trainers. From a life of ever deepening joy, astonishment and Stillness, a heartfelt desire to share these precious teachings has sprung forth. She teaches and hosts iRest trainings and retreats in Australia. In 2007, Richard Miller, her spiritual mentor, brought to Fuyuko a deeper understanding of living life in a non dual way. She incorporates iRest and Self-Inquiry in her teachings of Yoga, Somatic body awareness and meditation at her yoga studio “Prema Yoga” on the Gold Coast, Australia and internationally. She is also a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher since 1996. For the past 20 years she has been deeply committed on the path of Yoga and ancient Non-dual wisdom.

SCRC is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN Provider CEP16887) for licensed nurses in California.Īttendees requesting Professional CE who live outside of California are responsible for contacting their home state or province licensing organizations to see if there is reciprocity. LCSWs, MFTs, and other mental health professionals from states other than California need to check with their state licensing board as to whether or not they accept programs offered by approved sponsors of CE by the American Psychological Association.

Level 2 Trainings offer CE** hours for YA, PSY, MFT, LCSW, RN. You will develop and refine your personal practice and delivery of iRest to groups and individuals both in public and professional settings. The iRest Level 2 Training is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the principles underlying the theory, practice and delivery of iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation.
